MoU for Doctoral Student Exchange between CESS and ISEC

CESS and ISEC signed an MoU to have a Doctoral Students Exchange Programme to provide a brief stint upto 8 weeks for two doctoral students (yearly) who are in the middle to advanced stages of their research to spend in other institution as a visiting PhD scholar.
