Chandrasekhar is an Associate Professor working in the areas of Agricultural Economics, Microfinance, Rural Development and Primary Education. He has 20 years of research and teaching experience.He has obtained M.A and Ph.D in Economics from University of Hyderabad. Prior to Joining CESS he worked in Institute of Economic Growth, Delhi as Assistant Professor.
